Customer Service Executive / Administrative Assistant


  • Welcome clients warmly and provide them with exceptional service throughout their visit.
  • Manage appointments and scheduling using specific software > beauty software, Microsoft and Google suite.
  • Handle client inquiries, concerns, and appointments both in person and via phone or WhatsApp.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area and ensure client-facing materials are readily available.
  • Process transactions and handle billing and payments accurately.
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to the salon staff and management, including document preparation and data entry.
  • Assist in the coordination and setup of salon events or promotions.


  • Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles, preferably in a salon or spa environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact positively with clients and team members.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • A friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Fluency in both Mandarin and English, spoken and written.


  • Must be flexible with hours and available to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as needed, over-time is to be expected.
  • Knowledge of beauty and aesthetic services is beneficial.
  • Training will be provided on specific salon protocols and customer service standards.
